We’ve spent months building booking and clinical systems for UK aesthetics clinics, one clinic at a time. Every one of them was paying a marketplace for their own clients, keeping batch numbers in a notebook, and waiting on a web developer to change a price. Aesthetix is that work, built once, properly.
We only build for aesthetics clinics.
That’s why the software knows what a batch number is.
Aesthetix started with real clinics, not a product brief. We built booking and clinical tools for aesthetics practices one at a time, watched what broke, and fixed it for the next one. Nothing here was designed in the abstract first and sold second.
A general salon platform never had to think about any of this. Consent stored against the exact wording a client signed, even after the template changes later. Product batch numbers recorded at the point of treatment. Age verification on treatments that need it. Seven years of clinical retention, handled automatically. Those aren’t add-ons. They’re why the software exists.
Nothing on the roadmap comes from a general product team guessing at what aesthetics clinics need. It comes from clinics doing the treatments, telling us what’s missing.
