These terms govern your use of aesthetix-systems.co.uk.

They are not the terms on which we supply the Aesthetix platform. If you become a customer, a separate written agreement covers the software, your subscription, and how we handle your clinic’s data. Where that agreement and these terms disagree, that agreement wins.

By using this site you accept these terms. If you don’t accept them, please don’t use it.

We try to keep everything on this site accurate and current, but we don’t guarantee it. Descriptions of the platform reflect what it does at the time of writing and the product changes.

Nothing on this site is a contractual commitment. Features described here become commitments only when they appear in a signed agreement with you.

Prices shown are current at the time of publication and exclude VAT where applicable. We may change them. A price becomes binding when we’ve quoted it to you in writing and you’ve accepted it.

Where we compare our pricing to other platforms, those figures come from those providers’ published rates on the date stated on the page.

Other providers change their pricing and their published rates may not match what you’ve been quoted. Always check with the provider directly. We’re not responsible for their pricing, their terms, or any decision you make on the strength of a comparison here.

Joining the waitlist doesn’t create a contract, reserve a place, guarantee onboarding, or fix a price.

It means we’ll contact you when we have capacity. Any offer we make at that point is subject to a written agreement.

You can ask to be removed at any time by emailing info@aesthetix-systems.co.uk.

You may view, download and print pages for your own use, or to consider whether to become a customer.

You may not:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it or the systems behind it
• Introduce anything malicious
• Scrape or systematically extract content from it
• Reproduce our content commercially without our written permission
• Use it in any way that damages it or disrupts anyone else's access

We may suspend or withdraw access to the site without notice.

We own or license everything on this site: the text, design, graphics, logos, screenshots and code. It’s protected by copyright and trade mark law.

You may quote or link to our content with attribution. You may not present it as your own or use it commercially without our permission.

Third-party names and marks that appear here, including other platforms we compare ourselves to, belong to their owners, and their appearance doesn’t imply any endorsement or association.

We link to third-party sites where it’s useful. We don’t control them, we’re not responsible for their content, and a link isn’t an endorsement.

We aim to keep the site available but we don’t guarantee it. We may suspend, withdraw or restrict any part of it at any time, including for maintenance.

We don’t guarantee the site is free from viruses or other harmful components. You’re responsible for your own device and security.

Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that can’t be limited under English law.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
