She books appointments.
She doesn’t give medical advice.
Monica will answer your enquiries around the clock, quote from your live price list, check your real diary and take the deposit. When a question needs a clinician, she’ll stop and hand it to you.
Monica
A booking
Answers from your price list.
Not from a script and not from a guess. When someone asks what lip filler costs, she'll read the price you've set today.
Checks your real diary.
She won't be able to mention a time she hasn't looked up. If the slot isn't free, she won't offer it.
Takes the booking and the deposit.
In the conversation, into your own Stripe account. No commission, on this or anything else.
Anything else, she’ll capture the person as a named lead and email you. You’ll get the enquiry either way.
Two conversations
Monica
A booking
Every price and every time in that conversation will come out of the clinic’s own system. She won’t be allowed to invent either one.
Monica
A refusal
She won’t guess, reassure or book. The clinic will get an email with the full conversation and a named lead.
The rules won’t be a setting.
You’ll be able to change her name. You won’t be able to change these.
Monica’s safety rules will be written into the system, not into a prompt a clinic can edit. You’ll be able to give her your tone, your greeting and your knowledge. You won’t be able to switch these off, and neither will we, per clinic.
Anyone under 18
Declined. No exceptions, no discussion.
Pregnant or breastfeeding
Details taken, passed to you. Not booked.
On blood thinners
Details taken, passed to you. Not booked.
A disclosed medical condition
Details taken, passed to you. Not booked.
Diagnosing anything
Never. That'll be a clinician's job.
Recommending a dose or a product
Never. She'll quote prices, not treatment plans.
Promising a result
Never.
Offering a discount
Never. Your pricing will be your pricing.
Comparing you to a competitor
Never.
A complaint or a refund
Straight to a human, immediately.
Every one of those will become a named lead in your inbox with the full conversation attached. She won’t lose the enquiry. She’ll just know it isn’t hers to answer.
Two things she won’t be allowed to invent.
Your prices, and your diary.
Prices
Will come from your treatment list at the moment she's asked. Change a price at nine and the answer changes at nine.
Availability
Will be looked up before she says a word about time. She won't be given the schedule and told to be sensible. She'll have to go and check.
Anything clinical
Will come from your own treatment descriptions and your own aftercare notes. If your notes don't cover it, she'll say so and hand it over.
An assistant that invents a price will be worse than no assistant. So she won’t be able to.
She’ll work for your clinic, not ours.
Her name
We'll call her Monica. Your clients will be able to call her anything you like, including your own name.
Her greeting
The first thing she says on your site.
Her tone
Warm, brisk, formal. However you actually talk.
What she references
A large amount of your own words: treatments, policies, parking, aftercare, the lot.
How long she talks
A cap on the conversation length, so she hands over rather than circling.
What she can’t do yet.
Monica will live on your website. She won’t be on SMS, Instagram DMs or email, and WhatsApp will be a handoff, not a channel she answers on. She’ll book; she won’t reschedule or cancel. Those are on the list, and we’ll say so when they land.

Monica is in build.
We’re deciding what she will and won’t do before she does anything at all. She’ll arrive inside Aesthetix Clinic OS when she’s ready, and not before.
